These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Radha Study Halls website and the use of its physical study hall facilities located in ECIL, Hyderabad. By accessing this website or using the facilities, users agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

Nature of Service

Radha Study Halls provides a structured silent study environment designed for serious aspirants preparing for competitive examinations. Facilities and seat availability may change based on operational requirements.

Seat Booking Terms

• Seats are allocated subject to availability.
• Management reserves the right to assign or reassign seats when necessary.
• Seat bookings are non-transferable without approval.
• Users must maintain discipline and silence inside the facility.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests may be considered only before seat activation.
• Once a seat has been activated or used, refunds are generally not provided.
• Administrative deductions may apply where refunds are approved.
• Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at management discretion.

Student Code of Conduct

• Maintain silence within the study hall.
• Respect other students and shared infrastructure.
• No disruptive behaviour.
• No misuse of electrical facilities or internet services.
• No smoking or prohibited activities within the premises.

Personal Belongings

Users are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings. Radha Study Halls shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

Violation of Rules

Violation of study hall rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension or permanent termination of seat access without refund.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
